           Taste in Mind, but Health on Point

         Food is not harmful for health. Of course it gives nutrition and is equally important as Air and Water. But when consumed in an appropriate amount and comprised of good, healthy ingredients. Some people don't think before eating too much and some people think way too much. Both these types of people are playing badly with their health. 

                                                            

But what if I tell you that you can eat the below mentioned dishes without thinking and as much as your stomach needs to get full. Sounds pleasing? It is.
 
We will start with the basic staple food. You might be dieting and not knowing but you could be taking some unhealthy food on your daily basis and then wonder why is your weight not losing after so much sacrifice. See "Dieting" doesn't mean you have to avoid food completely and be hard on yourself. NEVER!!

Dieting can also be done by taking full meals three times a day. You just have to choose the right thing for yourself and there you go. In fact, it is always said that you must keep eating something after 2-3 hours. And by something I don't mean snacks only. Munching snacks all the time is also not good. But you can keep munching basic things like roasted peanuts, fox nuts, dry fruits, fruits, salad, etc. These things will give you energy and will satiate the hunger at the same time.  
                                                          

Including more Green and leafy veggies in your plate helps a lot in maintaining your health. And yes, you can stop your food cravings by eating a very simple yet, fulfilling thing, Chapati, ghee and salt. Yes, you saw it right. Once you try it, you're gonna love it. I personally tell my Mom to make it for me or I make it  myself. You can either rub the salt and ghee on the Chapati or eat them together like you eat Bread and Ketchup. 
                                                   

Pro Tip:  Guys, Ghee has much much less calories than any other oil. So you can eat an adequate amount of it without any Guilt. 
                                                       

These are some of the normal food items. But what if you have a huge craving of eating some junk food? I have solutions for those also.

Cake, Pizza, Pasta and noodles are mainly the junk food people crave for. The three most common filthy things in junk food which cause so much harm to the human body are Refined flourrefined sugar and refined oil. There is no way these things can cause any benefit to your body. So the materialistic approach to their substitutes could be Wheat, Semolina instead of the Refined flour, Jaggery in place of Sugar and Refined oil replaced by Pure Ghee or Raw powder Mustard oil or what we call Kacchi Ghaani Sarso tel in our language. 
                                                    

Alternating these three things can make your body and your life better.  So from today, don't let dieting ruin your body. Eat healthy, Live healthy, Stay healthy. Eat without Guilt. Ans remember guys. Everybody is beautiful and every 'BODY' is beautiful. Just be healthy.
