      How to keep your stomach cool

Being at home with Mom and eating well-prepared food is so easy. Being far away from home, living on your own, preparing your own food with irregular methods and inappropriately balanced ingredients is not. Eating more of Junk food and food from outside are not as good as they seem to be. They can give you a bad stomach, causing improper digestion of Food. When heat increases in the stomach, loose motion and dysentery can occur which can weaken you and your stomach. But still, you have to be alone sometime and you have to eat food from outside (without your will) at some point of time. So what are you gonna do if you suffer from stomach ache, loose stool and too much heat inside your tummy? So, I'm going to tell you some Homemade remedies to get rid of these nightmares and live with a bracing tummy.  Just keep these things for sure in your kitchen and at your nightstand too so that you get relieved before you know.

1. ISABGOL HUSK: Many of you might have heard about this. But it might be new for some people. It has mixed properties for a healthy stomach. Eating  it with curd and sugar stops running stomach while drinking it with milk helps in proper digestion. 
                                             

Also, the seeds of Isabgol are proven to reduce belly fat and lose weight.

                                                   

  Spoonful of them are soaked in water overnight and then it is swallowed along with water. 

2. CHIA SEEDS: Chia seeds are very popular stomach-friendly seeds. Ask anyone on how to get free from stomach problems and you'll get Chia in answer. They are a very effective remedy to keep your belly free from heat.
                                                         

They are also used for losing weight.



 Just soaking them in water overnight and then in the morning, squeezing some lemon juice in it and drinking it regularly can give you a toned body.

3. AJWAIN: Ajwain is the most traditional way to cure all stomach related problems. It is suggested by our Dadis and Nanis whenever we get a stomach ache or acidity.

This is what I was talking about to keep on your Nightstand. There is no problem in making Ajwain your daily routine. You can either make a powder of it and mix it with black salt or rock salt and take it daily as a digestive. It will do no bad but keep away the acidity from caused by oily and spicy food. You can also make ajwain chai by boiling Ajwain in water and putting black salt in it and then straining it. You can also put some sugar and lemon juice for taste. 

4. YOGURT: Yogurt is considered very good to keep an invigorating tummy. Fresh yogurt is the best with Black salt and cumin powder to eat in breakfast. 



Now some people get a problem called 'Lactose Intolerance' when they eat Curd or Yogurt. This is a totally normal problem. You just have to search for a Lactose-free yogurt. It is available everywhere in the market. Also you can make Chaas or Lassi with yogurt in summers. They will not only keep your stomach cool but keep you hydrated. 

5. FENNEL SEEDS: Also known as 'Saunf', fennel seeds are efficacious to keep your stomach fresh and cool. Saunf dissolved in water and kept soaked for a little while and then the strained water drank is the key to a healthy, happy stomach.


Now you might have known the actual reason why in restaurants they give you Saunf and Mishri after you are done with eating. It is not only a Mouth-freshener but also a Stomach-freshener.

Keeping these 5 things in your Kitchen always saves you from Stomach emergencies. Also remember, Fruits and Salads are must for keeping your stomach cool.
