                         CORN AND PEAS An American cereal and an Asian vegetable combined in an Indian gravy tastes amazingly great. I can assure you that this recipe will force you to smack your lips and fingers. So let's start with the recipe. INGREDIENTS: Sweet Corn(frozen)- 3 cups Peas- 2 cups Oil- 4 tbsp Onion- 3 no. Tomato- 4 no. Cashews- 10-12 no. Ginger- 1/2 inch Garlic- 7-8 cloves Dried Red Chilli- 2-3 no. All spice(whole)- 1/2 cup Coriander powder- 1 tsp Red chilli powder- 1 tsp Turmeric powder- 1 tsp Kasturi Methi- 1 tsp Salt- As per taste Cream- 1 cup    METHOD: Boil the Corn and peas for 2 mins. After they get boiled, fry them a little in oil. Roughly cut the Tomatoes and Onions. Slit the green chillies into half. In a Pan or Wok, heat 2 tbsp of oil. After the Oil gets heated, put the onions, tomatoes, cashews, garlic, ginger, dried red chillies and the spices along with salt. Fry the vegetables and cook them properly. It deserves admiration, because of its special and distinct mixture of spices. And I bet you, you can't speak a word against it after you try it. Chole(Chickpea) is also very rich in Protein and Chole masala is the best dish that can be ever made with it. Bhature is made from Refined flour which is not healthy but it is meant to be made with it. Otherwise if you are so much concerned for your health, you can always enjoy Chole Puri. But a treat of Chole Bhature after your dieting will do no bad to your body.                                                                  The process of making Bhature is pretty simple.                             KACHORI CHAAT Kachori Chaat is the crispy, chatpati chaat which is famous at many places with the name of 'Katori Chaat' or 'Raj Kachori'. Raj Kachori is a little different from Kachori chaat because it is very big in size as the name suggests. It is made in different ways in different places. In some places, Kabuli is used in the chaat whereas in some other places, Moong daal is the main stuffing for the chaat. I love Kachori Chaat since my childhood. My Mom makes it on most of my birthdays because it is my all time favorite from childhood only. It consists of  various spices and chutneys. I have never eaten any better Kachori Chaat than my Mom. We assume that only professional bakers and cake makers can design those beautiful cakes. By the way, it is true in some sense that Professional cake bakers have creative ideas for every theme. But it's not like we amateurs cannot bake and design cakes if we want to and if we have some idea and technique to do so. I am a Big big foodie and I have decided to make a Pizza-designed cake for my Birthday this year. And I am so excited both to share the procedure of making this cake as well as  to make this cake on my own. And also, I will show you the making of this cake without fondant.                                                                                                I MADE THE CAKE AND  IT LOOKED LIKE THIS.
